FLA-7000 is an advanced multipurpose bio-imaging analyzer which enables radioisotopic, fluorescent and digitized image capturing according to user's needs.
With maximum 4 kinds of onboard fluorescence excitation lasers, this system is able to cover a broader range of fluorescent dyes including near-infrared.
Overview
Measuring modes: RI (IP detection), Fluorescence (Detection of fluorescent dye by R,G,B NIR laser beams), Digitizing (Gel documentation with Fluorescent plate)
Excitation: 473nm, 532nm, 635nm, 650nm, 670nm NOTE* The most suitable PMT is required depending on the combination of exciting lasers among two optional PMTs.
