The easy operation of the SAC-150 vertical friction collator will improve your collating productivity. The SAC-150 is ideally suited to commercial printers, in-plant printers, and trade binders who need productivity and the highest quality finished books.

The collating speed has been increased to 6,500 sets per hour (requires ST-60 Tandem Stacker).
The SAC-150 is equipped with a touch-screen display panel that is very easy to use.
Multiple feed error indicators allow you to pinpoint the problem bin and the type of error.
The SAC-150 can be field-equipped with Horizon’s broad range of high-performance finishing equipment, for stitching, bookletmaking and stacking.
The collating system can be expanded up to 6 towers for a maximum of 60 collating bins.
A computer-assisted programming system in the SAC-150 provides three highly productive
collating modes (Double Cycle, Dual Cover Feed and Combined Mode).
